I am selling my server, Enhanced. It is a prison server but there is a bunch of PvP aspects to it. There is no player base but it's an extremely high quality setup (have been working on this for about a year).
All the builds and a large chunk of the plugins are custom. If you just get a couple of YouTubers with an average of 1k-10k views to record or a .org slot you can pretty much make a lot of money off of this since the players will definitely stay. I did not have enough funds for a .org slot nor was I able to find any YouTubers in time so I couldn't get server advertised like I wanted. So I thought I'd just sell it.
If you want more details on the server, look at the pictures below. Note that these pictures were initially used to try to get an investment for my server which is not the case anymore. So just ignore the information regarding investing.
