We're in need of an individual editor *you* (not a service team) that is able to produce High-Quality videos when requested, we don't have a schedule for uploads, so whenever you have anything major planned we must be informed so there are no inconveniences. We're planning to make a couple of uploads during a week, the latest will be a month due to busyness. Read all the boxes below, don't skip anything as we don't like to repeat ourselves.
You will be producing Montage-like videos, it'll be directed by the creator, so communication is a requirement. It's Minecraft-related, to be more precise, the Minecraft content will be PvP related, so leaderboards, combos, 1v1s, team fights, etc, and rarely games such as Rainbow Six Siege, ARK: Survival Evolved, and others. If you're looking to build loyalty and trust with us, we'll be looking to pay the same editor 3 to 5 figures for music videos (drill).
As I'm the manager behind hooking up the creator with the editor and all the payments made, I'm new to this market, so if you have any criticism for this thread or any recommendations on who I can hire, please holla at me.
Average Payouts;
Normal Edit -> $25
Special Edit -> $50
Heavy Edit -> $100+
Team Edit -> $150-$300

Normal Edit ->
- The same/similar genre of music, so it'll be easy getting used to the style of editing.
- Clips are already trimmed down from unnecessary parts of usage for you.
- Basics such as blackouts, camera shakes, slow-mos, and transitions.
- No/barely any revisions made in-between of editing, the creator will direct everything that needs to be done for the montage, through the time-stamp of the selected song, and the clips through screen-shots or screen-shares, so you have the idea of what needs to be done, this will allow for any questions you may have prior to leaving to create the video.
Special Edit ->
- Everything said above, however, is a special occasion video with a submental meaning behind the upload, or a reached sub count milestone, you get the point, a video of a certain value to the creator/fans.
- Complex transitions, the use of lighting effects, and anything that'll be more advanced in general, away from the basics.
Heavy Edit ->
Everything said above, however much more time-consuming to edit, if that's from the number of visual effects or the length of the video.
Team Edit ->
This is basically a heavy edit, instead of showcasing the individual (creator), it'll be the team or a team fight, making the video a longer length, however, it'll still be the basic level of editing or even the minimum amount.

The unique part about this will be the editing approach taken by the creator who's directing the editor, to make high-quality content than mediocre, like 95% of the community. This also means because of the community, you'll be expected to handle the toxicity levels of the video, the majority of the songs used will be drill.
