Why do you want to become staff on our server? » I would like to become staff on your server because I really enjoy helping others. I have played for 3 years now, and have enjoyed all of it. I have a lot of experience being a staff and just got off my duties as an Admin for a server that was up for more than a year with 50-60 players online (Shutdown due to complications with Owner and Manager). I feel the need that many players apply for staff just for the powers and control over others. Me personally, I feel being part of a staff team is for responsible and respectful individuals and I feel I meet that standard. I will take this job serious and won't fool around. Even if there are no players online, there is always something to be done. I also will respect the players and staff members and listen to higher staff members and their decision. I will be polite to everyone and won't cut them off if they are talking or ignore them when they are trying to get help from me. My attention is on the players and staff members always.

Any previous staff experiences? (must have enough past experience) » I have a lot of experience with many servers. To name some, I was a Admin on Thundermeow Network for 7-8 months and just got relieved of my duties. It was a very experienced time out of all of my staff experiences. TMN had a decent playerbase of usually 40-60 players and the high was 90-100. I also was a moderator on many small servers, however they were up for 2-3 months and went down. On TMN I have many documents that help with screensharing and how to deal with players which has helped me a lot. I also have experience on many small servers but they usually went down in less than a month.

What can you do to benefit us and our server? » I can benefit the server by helping the players and server grow and such. I know higher ranked staff don't have time always to deal with players spamming chat for help and I can deal with that and help with the players needs and what they want. I have much experience with chat commands and can find potential hackers if needed to. I can understand players and how they are feeling because I once too was a player who wasn't happy with people possibly cheating. I can respond quickly and won't ignore players. They won't need to message me more than once or twice even if chat is blowing up. I am fast-paced and tend to watch chat even if I am doing something else. I can understand the players and will help them always to what I am capable of doing. I will enforce the rules of the server and make sure all the players are following them (myself included). I won't "troll" the players or try to make them "rage". I feel that is childish and will make everything professional. I will be online everyday and if needed I will always make sure to be online.

What are your skills at screen sharing, what clients can you find and so on? » I can find the most common clients such as huzuni, wurst, etc. The more advanced clients however I may have difficulty however I am willing to learn and be more advanced in screensharing. Also I watch videos online for screensharing tips and how to find hacked clients. I am learning more and more each day.

How many hours can you contribute to the server? (must be fairly active depending on position you are applying for) » I can be on for 2-3 hours on weekdays (It may be Minechat) and on weekends I can be on for more than 3 hours a day.

What times can you be on and what days? » I can be online from 5-7 P.M. Monday-Thursday and 7-10 on fridays P.M. . Saturday and Sundays are all day basically.

Why should we choose you over the other applicants? » I believe you should choose me for my experience and how I can help benefit the server. Moderator may not seem like a big position to others but for me I think it's just as important of a job as Admin. I have a lot of experience in HCF and being a staff member and can help players on the spot. I know how the players mindset works and what they want out of a staff member. I think I can do that by being respectful and responsible. I respect staff and players and many players could apply for the power and control as I said earlier but I am not here to do that. I am here to help the players and make their experience on the server great. I won't rage or ignore players/staff if I don't get to do something or they are disrespecting me. I remain calm and will put time and effort into being on the server and helping the community and server be overall a great place. I feel I can also help other higher staff that are busy with chat and watching the players and making sure no one is cheating or using a hacked client. I am very non-argumentative and respect a decision made by a staff member that is opposing my own. Also my experience in other gamemodes as well such as factions, OP factions, kitpvp, etc.

Are you able to record? If so the recording must be 30+ fps?(just in case we need some type of proof) » Right now I am not able to, but I am currently looking to download a recording software and it will be above 30 FPS.

Any extra information you would like us to know? » Thanks for taking the time and effort in reading my application, I wish the best of luck with your server if I am not accepted. If I am, I am looking to forward in helping the server grow and enrich in good experiences! Also I know I am fairly new on Mc-Market but I just started using it and I hope that doesn't affect your decision on my application.

Scenario: A player comes in TS raging and very mad because their faction went raidable from a POSSIBLE hacker. What do you do? » I would first ask the player who is the potential hacker and their username. I would then ask them some questions as to when this occurred and further questions to enhance my understanding of the situation. I would also ask if they have any proof of the player hacking. If the player provides me with information that is reliable and evidence of the potential hacker, I would go to the potential hacker and tell them I am screensharing or another staff member is screensharing. I would also teleport to the potential hacker in vanish and watch him/her. If I see something that doesn't look right I would screenshare them. I would also ask the player to report him/her on the forums and in-game (If there is a report system). Then I or a different staff member would deal with the situation and get it resolved giving the players their items lost and DTR in the faction back and putting everything back to the way it was before.

What can you do to benefit us and our server? »

I Am South African , i speak 7 different languages that can assist as a translator when needed im an active user ( 5-7 hours a day) and i know my way around Hcf Servers plugins and the community , i am very professional with players and assists in ways no other staff members can i go the extra mile to help the server and keep the users happy.

I can bring my Afrikaans , English ,Dutch to the server in order to be a translator
in my experience as a staff member and senior staff i can train new staff members to HCF and show them the ropes i don't mind helping new players either and showing them the way.
I am a night owl and can stay up way pass other times of normal staff members and always be online.
What are your skills at screen sharing, what clients can you find and so on? »
1. Normal hack clients that shows above the screen like Huzuni , Wrust etc

When this happens you ask the faction(s) Members for proof. if they have proof you can refund their items and rollback their base

But now you mentioned this is a possible hacker which means there is no proof you would first have them use /Report the player so he can be screenshared if he did set of alerts. following the staff Guide / Screen sharing Guide you will first start looking for hack clients etc in the event he is caught Red handed the user will be banned from the server and the faction will be refunded etc.

if there is not enough proof even with the screen share the user may leave and the faction will have to rebuild.

Why do you want to become staff on our server? » The reason I want to become staff on HQPots is because I love to help players and watch servers grow. I love the challenges that come with being staff and being there for players that need help. I don't give up easy and dedicate my time to players when they need help.

Any previous staff experiences? (must have enough past experience) » Over my years of playing the game of playing Minecraft I have rarley ever been on a server that I have not been staff on. I will list the most recent servers I have been staff on below. And I have played HCF before but never been staff on a HCF server. I have played ViperHCF, HCZone, and OxPvP.

What can you do to benefit us and our server? » I am very good with players and have lots of experience being staff and now how to handle tough situations. I am very good with dealing with players that are "heated" and know how to calm a person down. I am also very creative as for I used to be a graphic designer so I could help come up with new ideas to keep players happy and make sure everyone is having the most fun they can have.

What are your skills at screen sharing, what clients can you find and so on? » I can find the baisc hacked clients such as Huzuni, Wurst, and so on. I have never really had an encounter with a player using Vape or a client like that but I am sure I could find it.

How many hours can you contribute to the server? (must be fairly active depending on position you are applying for) » Now that I am on winter break I could dedicate around 4-8 hours a day. Once school starts back around 1-3 hours a day.

What times can you be on and what days? » With me being on break I can come on from around 11:00AM and get off around 5:00PM. Once I get off break you can expect me to be on as soon as I get out of school, 3:30PM to 6:00PM.

Why should we choose you over the other applicants? » Because I have a lot of experience of being a staff member and when it comes to things I put my all at it and don't give up easy. I make sure that everyone I am working with and everyone that is playing on the server I am on is having a fantastic time and no one is having a bad time. I know how to calm players down and that could come in handy due to the fact that this is a HCF server and players tend to get angry.

Are you able to record? If so the recording must be 30+ fps?(just in case we need some type of proof) » Yes I can record. I get around 40FPS - 50FPS when recording.

What do you do? » I would try my best to calm the player down first, secondly I would try and gather as much information as possible, next I would follow the player that is so called "hacking" and see if they are truly playing unfairly.

Why do you want to become staff on our server? » I would love to become staff on due to the addiction in helping server grow. Just by the name i believe the server will turn into something Outstanding and being apart of this mission would truly be an honour.

PvPGym
This french practice server is brilliant. Perfect Hit detection, KB, you name it. Currently the most popular French practice server currently out. The server reaches around 230 players at its peak, and roughly 130 - 150 regularly. I was Moderator+ on PvPGym before i later resigned due to being the only fluent English staff member there. One of the main reasons i became mod+ Is due to being confident when talking, and the fact of being the 'Role model' out of the moderators.

Sarefine
Being Trial-Mod on Sarefine way back was my starting spot in becoming staff. I was staff on sarefine for around a month until a family member had a stroke, causing my Ability to work on the server a failure. i was demoted and did explain my reason afterwards and was sadly never promoted again due to not telling the staff before hand.

WarefineHCF
Around a good 4 months ago i was staff on Warefine. This was one of the hcf servers i had recently been apart of at that time.
The server got a few hundred, but due to the players inactivity, i did resign and had learned a lot from Warfine.

SeverityHCF:
They have all the aspirations but are still lacking the dedication and the understanding to keep the server open. They have only done beta maps and testing and I resigned quite recently from my Senior Moderator position. I still speak with the owner(s) sometimes and I intend to help them with anything they need assistance with in the future if they ask.

WenjaHCF:
This sever i was recently staff on around a month ago. I was Trial-Mod and was demoted due to Saying in chat "Pulse 2.0 is coming out" Mid conversation about Pulse. But not realising my mistake was that harsh, i was demoted. The server, and staff were very friendly and had loved to become apart of that loving community.

OxitexHCF
This server was fairly new. with a population of around 100 on sotw, it has unfortunately came to and end due to the owner moving onto becoming staff on FaithfulHCF. This server showed me alot of ways with screensharing. The server couldn't provide a stable amount of players, nor offer a active range of active staff members and me being the only one and the reason stated above that's why i resigned.

What can you do to benefit us and our server? »

Maturity:
I believe as I am capable of becoming a staff member on here because of my maturity, I feel that I am mature enough to become a staff member and be able to be responsible with the staff rank. My acts and how a speak in teamspeak does link with the whole British stereotype. I would be respectful towards the players, therefor they should return the favour.

Responsibility:
I believe I am responsible enough to be a staff member. I can handle the responsibility and be able to give out the deserving punishments for certain situations, And believe i can hold the responsibility in getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

Dedication:
I will be active as anything. being online every single day no matter the problem you can rely on me to be in teamspeak helping anyone. This i can be respected by and knowing the players that if there is a hacker, they will be sure to get sorted out swiftly/

Reliable:
As said above, i would always be in teamspeak no matter the problem. Always looking for the odd cheater and can get what is asked done.

Being decent at PvP makes me smart about what people are using when it comes to cheating. I know this from experience. Usually when I think that someone is cheating because of their Insane hits, Id most likly be right. I indeed do know that sometimes it can be caused by lag or latency, but will always be sure to look out for that. The latency side would be that in the players perspective it would be around 1-3 blocks, the average hit range but to the opponent, around 6 blocks.

Why should we choose you over the other applicants? »

I am a sophisticated, and a would be 100% dedicated towards the server. Some people also lack due them not being mature, this I would be able to complete my duties more than they might do. I am a very experienced person within HCF, and would fulfill my duties to the best of my Abilities. I like to use proper grammar at most times, makes the Staff Team look alot more professional and experienced and that i feel that this could lead a great impact on the server.

Being insanely active, this would be beneficial to the server because being that one staff member people can rely on does really catch my heart. Having a lot of past experience would be beneficial due to not needing to learn much, except how the server deals with punishments. If anything i am missing, i'm a fast learner so i can catch onto things efficiently and swiftly.

Firstly I would ask for the hackers name.

If the hacker is online i would spectate him until further notice.

If the hacker is hacking, I would ban the cheater as fast as i can, and would ask the players who died for a screenshot of the death from him.

I would revive all the players that died to the hacker, giving their dtr, and inventory back.
