Devouch. I would only recommend this service for those who need quick things done and can't get it anywhere else. Negotiation is hard for them and they're very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for a Factions fork to be made and their setup specialist/"developer" decided that my request was humourous and advised me to use regular Factions. Also, simple questions are hard for them to answer. I simply asked "Do you have developers?" and the owner, responding with a stingy attitude said "Did you even read the thread? Where do you even see development on the thread?" even though there was someone with a developer tag. Owner is really immature and I would've took a simple "no" for an answer, but he decided that since I wanted to negotiate that my presence didn't matter.

Thank you for the devouch... I guess! As said on our thread, we don't offer server development and/or configuration. You seemed anxious about buying a factions setup, so I decided to use my developer as an advantage for that commission. However, you were the one being rude, not us. You were always complaining about such a high price when that was only a $5 difference. You wanted $15 for a factions setup. I didn't see one thread made by a reputable member selling setups for $15. We offered you $20, and you call us rude. In addition, you said that you could've set up a factions server by yourself, why didn't you do that instead of buying one for such a cheap price? Also, how did I negotiate your presence? I said that we can set up your server with a minimum of $20- it was you that didn't accept the offer. Anyway, I hope you'll understand that we did not intend to harm you in any way but to just give you a somewhat reasonable offer. Have fun with your server!

Please read my post correctly before you defend yourself! I said "he decided that since I wanted to negotiate that my presence didn't matter," and not negotiate my presence. Not once in the ticket did I complain about anything being overpriced, I was simply trying to negotiate as I was looking for a basic Factions setup to work off of. I was simply seeing if it was worth my time to purchase a server and save some time, or create one from scratch. I was trying to negotiate and caught on to your disgusting behavior! From the way you acted in the ticket, it seems as if your "developer" wrote this for you to post. Anyway, I do believe that you think that I was lowballing you and that you could mistreat me. Try again! This is the most unprofessional experience with a service company for sure. Freelancers are probably great, but the owner is toxic and immature. Post the ticket logs by the way and we'll see who was being rude!
If you were looking for a basic Factions setup, why did you go to this thread? By just looking at the thread, you can clearly see that it does not say "Server Development" anywhere. If you were going to save some time, you might as well just up your budget as no one will set up your server for only $15. It's a waste of time for the developer/configurator. I have never mistreated you. All I said was to either stick with the $20 offer or find someone else. You immediately left and end up calling us rude? I was not looking to purchase a factions setup from you, I was originally looking for a trailer and decided to ask if you guys did setups in which you replied with "yes." Anyway I really don't have time to be arguing with you anymore, so I won't be responding to anymore messages from this post. Thanks for your time.
I appreciate your concern in the matter, and I apologize for you devouch. The service provided was unclear that you wanted to purchase a commission, we had a feeling based off of your request, "know where to start off on a Factions fork," or something like that- indicated you just wanted help in the right direction for plugins. We apologize for the miscommunications and anything else. However, if you were looking for a server setup for factions, I currently do not know of any commission companies for that sadly . Good luck with your server.

Yes but it's somewhat complicated to understand how to PvP without one-on-one conversations and tips. However, that's just my opinion. I believe talking to someone can help the client understand more about the topic. As for the resource packs, we design texture packs at top-quality. If a player wants to create a texture pack, without knowing what to do, that probably wouldn't look too good. Also, it saves effort for the client!Not trying to be rude or anything but couldn’t a player look up on YouTube how to do most of these things especially “How to PVP?” Or “RESOURCE PACKS” just my opinion!
