Since you always end up lowering the price below what it's actually worth for the sake of selling quickly (stupid lowballers), I'd personally recommend making non-exclusive builds out of it and selling them for even less in resources. If a hub like this were to cost $2-3, a lot more people would be interested, and you could sell it multiple times, allowing you to go beyond $12 in the long run.
