Hub Build on existing server

Hi, I've started building a hub, and I've gotten a good layout but now I've drawn a blank. I'm looking for someone to come on and build. The concept is you spawn at the top floating island and you can go to the different portals if you want to but if not you can jump down and PVP. That's the part I need help with the dropdown. I will pay half upfront if you have reputation. Thank you.
