Hub plugin for a factions server.

Welcome to my thread!
To start this off, I will explain a little about the server that I need a job on. As stated in the title, it is a factions server. Some of you might be wondering why I need a Hub plugin for a factions server. This is because there is a hub. The hub connects to 2 planets (other servers), ice and fire.

The job I need done.
In this hub plugin, there is going to be a server selector(Compass[first slot in hotbar]), Cosmetic Menu(Chest[5th slot in hotbar]), Hide Players(Slime ball[4th slot in hotbar]), and settings(redstone comparator[9th slot in hotbar])

Server Selector: The server selector is self explanatory. You have seen it on plenty of servers. Basically when you click on the item, a big chest opens where I can configure the rest. The configuration must have it so I can change the item I want in the chest, what command it sets off when interacted with, finally lore and name shall be included in this.

Cosmetic Menu: This is a pretty juicy feature I need in this plugin. You have seen it on the mini-game servers such as Hypixel and Mineplex. when you open up the item, it seems your opening a double chest, but your not. A menu appears in front of you with many other doors to be opened, there is the particle effects, Gadgets, Morphs, Mounts, Pets, and Costumes.

Particle Effects:

when you click on the particle effects menu(Nether star) another menu appears. On the bottom right, there is a arrow. When you click this arrow you 'Go Back' to the main menu. Now, I want this feature to be a lot like mineplex's Particle Effects: The Shadow Walk effect in mineplex, Enchanted effect in mineplex, The Flame Rings effect in mineplex, The Blood Helix effect in mineplex, The Green Ring effect in mineplex, The Flame Fairy Effect in mineplex.

Gadgets:

when you click the Gadgets option in the main menu, it has the same setup as the Particle Effects. I want the following gadgets: The Fireworks just like mineplex, The TNT gadget just like TNT, Melon Launcher just like mineplex, Flesh Hook just like mineplex, Paintball Gun just like mineplex. The only thing that I don't want to be like mineplex in this feature is that you don't get "Ammo", if you simply have the permission node to said gadget, you have unlimited "ammo".

Morphs:

when you click on the Morphs option in the main menu, I want it to have the same setup as the next. There will be the following morphs: Cow Morph like mineplex with the same abilities, The Chicken Morph just like mineplex with the same abilities, Enderman, bat, pig, creeper, blaze, and big larry morph, just like mineplex with the same abilities.

Mounts:
when you click on the Morphs option in the main menu, I want it to have the same setup as the next. There will be the following Mounts that you can mount: Infernal Horror like mineplex with the same abilities, Glacial Seed, Mount Mule, Slime, and Minecart mounts just like mineplex with the same abilities.
Pets:

when you click on the Morphs option in the main menu, I want it to have the same setup as the next. There will be the following Pets: Pig, Sheep, Cow, Chicken, Dog, Mooshroom, and Cat with the same abilities as the ones in mineplex. There will not be any "Renaming feature" in this.

Costumes:

This will be the exact this in mineplex.
NOTE: none of these will be won from crates or anything. You can only use these if you have the permission node.

Hide Players: You know what this does. It hides the players when clicked. When clicked, the slime ball will be changed to a magma cream.

Extra: There will be a double jump feature, and stacker as seen in mineplex. I don't have a price currently, but just give me the price you are willing to do it for
