From left to right it is: PvP Sword, PvP Bow, PvP Toggler, Server Selector, Gadgets, and toggle players.

And maybe the server selector can have like flashing glass panes or something. Anyone know of a plugin like this, if not how much would it cost to make something like this?

I doubt there is a public plugin that will fit your needs. The cost is going to depend on exactly what you want. Based on your current description you would end up with a plugin that has an inventory with all of those items in, but the items don't do anything and there is no way to open the inventory. That would probably cost about $10.

What is your budget? and do you want the selectors made or only the pvp thing(Like all items have custom GUI's and stuff)?
