Well my network now needs a hub since me and my bud are combining ours together. Budget is varied but nothing above say $20 since it isn't really hard I don't have proper computer access ATM.

Requirements are the following:

1.) BungeeCord working
2.) Compass for choosing server
3.) Fantasy looking Spawn
4.) Permissions setup with owner group
5.) Portals can connect them to servers.

This isn't possible for $20, a good spawn could run you as much as $200.
