I would just reccomend having a simple server selector permissions plugin and then one of the extensive hub plugins already available out there. Hubs don't really need to be custom and it's better to Them lightweight and simple. The hub plugins out there are pretty cheap and have a lot of features and include cosmetics so that's your best bet. Paying someone to make a hub is like paying someone to open Firefox for you
