Hub & Waiting Lobby - 38$ budget

Looking for an exclusive hub, using 1.8 blocks with resell rights (not essential but I would like them), and proof of being built. My max budget for the hub is 25$ so please don't contact me if you don't have anything in that budget. Theme, I am not really fussed, either medieval or fantasy. FLOATING ISLAND or ability to make it a floating island is ESSENTIAL.

With the waiting lobby, same themes and critieria, apart from it needs to be 75X75, and my max budget is 13$ for this.
