Looking to buy a hub with a decent playerbase. Hub must look clean, and be FINISHED. Also don't contact me with shit servers with 5-10 active players. If I'm paying 1k, I expect the server to make 700+ per month, etc. Budget is 5k, but I'd like to stay under that if possible.
