I have a really nice one built in 1.7, should work fine in 1.8
I have tried selling it before (for $50), and the user has scammed me and chargedback walking away with my spawn.
I will give you a copy of it for like $10,
its about 300x400 I think, you can PM me for my skype, so I can show you some pictures, or put up a server.

I have one it's like 230x230 ish, I have it, though didn't build it. The only server it's ever been on is like my network which didn't work out. It had like 10 players and failed. I commissioned it for like 85$, I'll be willing to sell for like 40$, since I've used it before. PM if you are interested.

Never mind, found out some disturbing news about my build, I could have gotten it for FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, yet I paid 80$ for it.
