I am looking for someone to create a completely unique custom SMP server. My experience is listed below, as well as what I have to offer and bring to the table
I have also listed requirements that I would need to touch upon for this partner that I am requesting.

Experience:

PvPCloud - Owner (100-150 playerbase, completely custom factions server created by me)
DecimateMC - Owner (250-450 playerbase, cosmic test server back in 2020-2022)
TheArcadia - Owner (unreleased, minecadia test server)

What I have to offer:

Complete match of investment to partner. (for example, if you invest $500, I will match that investment with the same amount to ensure security.)
Over $1,000 in [Censored]
Over $1,500 in premium plugins
Over $750 worth of custom configurations
9 years of experience
Server files collected from my previous ownerships that are exclusive to me
Over $500 in builds

What I am looking for:

Someone who can invest the same amount as me ($350-$700)
Someone with experience in the server owning field
Experience in SMP, Factions, Skyblock
Experience in development and community buildup
Mature person and dedicated
