Huge Modern City?

What if someone built one of those huge modern city's with wide roads and huge buildings. How much would it cost?

Let's say a "huge modern city" consists of the following.

• a grid (asymetrical) of decorated streets fitting inside 1000x1000. That alone would be at least $50, because it's not a straight up stackable grid so it could take a day to make it.
• 50 unique buildings, some of which are copypasted around the place a little. Skyscrapers etc would also be made with //stack. Assuming an average of a mere $5 per building (which is low if you want something decent), that's still $250
  
• 5-10 unique "areas" that are not buildings (parks, parking lots, plazas, etc). Let's say $10 apiece, making another $50
  
• Some cars and similar randomized decorations: $25-30

That means you're looking at a minimum price of $380. I'm not counting structure interior, and I'm assuming basic building level skill, nothing amazing. Plus worldedit. This is a highly optimistic estimate.
If you want a megacity with little budget, I recommend you try to find one on PMC that you're allowed to use. Maybe bribe the creator (if still active) to modify it a little so its a bit more unique to you.

Thanks for the feedback, I was actually thinking about making one myself. It would be hard because I have to do it all by hand, but I am up for the challenge.

Not trying to take away anyone's business if they're looking to do this for you although there's a plugin that randomly generates cities. (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/cityworld.2250) I used to use it a few years back so not exactly sure what's changed or if it's 100% good although back then it was decent.

The thing with random generation is that it tends to look mediocre. It's definitely a budget option, but like EWG it usually fails to hit the mark, unless your standards are low. That said, this one looks better than most.
