I need someone to code a web app in a Full Stack JavaScript with Electron overlayed so it is easy to run it on multiple operating systems

WHAT NEEDS TO BE INCLUDD IN APP DEVELOPMENT: -Custom Proxy Server to remain undetected / unblock restricted sites ran through AWS -Main AI we can integrate Google API since it’s free or Wolfram API until AI gets smart enough to go on it’s own (AI is optional if you know how to do it) -Peer Mode so other ppl with Code 66 Account can message each other about answers / questions -Note Storage, very easy pretty much notepad included in tool so people can copy and paste their notes in there and refer back to it -Self Destruct / Reinject, basically feature where the customer can set a keybind to each where the Self Destruct just temporarily minimized / closes the app and the Reinject will bring the GUI back up (Pretty much if teacher comes by student can “Self Destruct”). -HWID / ClientID will be linked to each C66 account to prevent Acc Sharing -Settings, where people can change their keybind for Self Destruct / Reinject mode and turn off/ on Proxy and log in / out -DialogFlow AI Support Bot (Which is DONE ALREADY) Will just need to be integrated into the tool -Make a custom GUI according to the features above & Code 66 templates above.

A total of $150 before starting. (Not going first if you are not reputable)
A total payment of $350 once finished.
80% profit from the service until you have a total of $2000 extra.
