Human Resource Manager / Human meatshield

Hello!
I’m currently looking for a human resource agent to handle all the karen blood type customers as well as the toxic individuals who claim invalid things.

You will be exposed to:

• Toxicity at its finest
• Potentially sensitive content
• Lots of people talking from their a**

What the job consists of:

• Handling customers with a professional tone without making it over the top. Majored/Justis R is a perfect example of the appropriate behavior. Perfect grammar but casual/advanced vocabulary.
• Be able to repeat things 5-6 times to the same person in different terms.
• Be able to learn top to bottom about the products I provide and be able to provide basic answers to common questions
• Able to actively engage with the community with a professional tone yet sounding very friendly.
• Be willing to install clean (verified on VMs or source scanned and rebuilt) software and aid with bug patching.
• Must not use any legal jargon without proper confirmation from a certified legal source (lawyer, legal assistant, graduate from law school, government websites).
