Hungergames WITHOUT Chest Restock

I'd like to use my own chest restock system, but have a survival games/hunger games plugin. If it has the option to disable chest restocking - that would obviously work aswell.

Plugin MUST support 1.7.9 or 1.7.10!

So, I just need a hunger games plugin that doesnt include chest restock. If you can find one that has already been created, I'll pay $5 pp.
