Introduction:
Dear people of the Mc-Market community, We from the Huracraft network are here to present our idea and find some advanced developers.

Who we are:
We are (currently) a small group of developers and builders who got together and are willing to put a lot of effort in a new but 100% custom sever. Custom game modes like "Clash of Clans" are already made and only need some bug fixes and beta testers to be put on the network. The developer team will be leaded by me, I joined the Minecraft development community in 2012. HuracanFTW will be leading our buildteam. But to be clear: This server has not yet been created and is in development phase!

What we do:
We just want to offer an awesome experience to all of our users, we do this by offering custom game modes like Star wars, a much more extended version of Kingdoms/factions and many more which you will be notified of when you are accepted to the team. Because this server does not yet exist we will be advertising on server lists and some semi-large yt’ers and streamers

What we want:
We are looking for developers which want to stay with us during the ride and claim a prominent position in our staff team. You must be very experienced with both Java and the Bukkit API, there is no year requirement because I know you can learn this all very quickly with the right attitude. maturity is one of the things we stand for, if you cannot be mature and help us getting this community running then we won’t choose you to join our staff team.

Payment:
During the setup of the server and its early days, you will not be payed but once the server has lift of and you stick with us and do your job as staff member there are some carrier opportunities. Let this be a motivation, the better the network gets, the better you get payed.

We would really apricate if you would join the team! In the original thread we showed just a little bit of our creativity and ideas. We also really need side-devs who'd work part-time on smaller games and features to improve the gameplay and usablitity of the server.
