Just wanted to share my experience with this crew. I joined their discord and opened a ticket for a quote on a build job. I was matched with a builder and began discussing the job. I had linked a google doc that outlined the build requirements in the initial steps of posting the ticket/commission request, but they were unaware of it. The builder agreed to the price I was forced to input into the commission by the bot, because it would not let me request a quote. I informed them that I was comparing prices and would give them an answer shortly. They then lowered the price below the one agreed to just a short while prior, great. I then tried to confirm that the price was for the listed requirements in the document, which of course like I said they were unaware of. Not a huge deal. I linked the document again and they confirmed that they could do the lower price for the list. I accepted the offer. It was the best price I had been offered. The builder then came back asking if I minded if he changed “it”. He wanted to up the price by 50% of the quoted price, making it now more expensive than some of the other quotes I had received. He said he just realized how much work was involved, *after quoting me a price and agreeing to it*. This is the biggest issue I have with my experience. The information was all there in the document which I had now submitted twice. I informed him that this was not acceptable, and he offered to “reduce” it to only 25% more than the agreed upon price. I again told him it was not acceptable and that I had turned down the other builders because I had accepted his offer. He then reluctantly agreed to the originally agreed upon price again. His COO asked him if he was sure it was enough, to which he responded no. I have decided to go with another build team for this project who I will not mention here because I’m not advertising, just telling my experience. I will mention that they matched the agreed price.

Posted job, matched with builder. Builder quoted a price which we agreed to, and then tried to change it after I had denied all other builders’ offers. Not a good experience, go elsewhere.
