My name is Otis (I usually go by my in game alias Toolken) and I'm here to announcement/inform you on an exciting opportunity you could partake in.
Myself and several other individuals have dedicated time, money and hardwork these past weeks to our nearly complete server, HybrisMC.
Now you're probably looking for a bit of background about "HybrisMC" and that's exactly what I'm here for. We officially began working on our server March 21, 2016. Our server has a very formidable budget (I'd rather not go into specifics, but I assure you we're very professional financially) We also currently have an effective, hardworking, professional and mature staff team to keep the server protected, fun and enjoyable.

What does HybrisMC have to offer? (What've we purchased/Are in possession of)
Lightning quick connection, very high quality Dedi, based in NA (Although EU Players should not experience any lag)
Dedi Specs: It's an Intel Xeon E5 1620, 4c/8t, 3.6GHz+ Clock, 64GB RAM, 4TB SATA, Soft RAID and up to 16 IPs
Professional Staff Team:
HybrisMC offers a very helpful, server oriented and professional staff team. These players will help keep HybrisMC safe and protected, but at the same time they'll be welcoming and communitive to all players (So long as the abide by server rules)

Helper Requirements: (Responsibilities) (Updated Version)
All of the requirements that require "Playtime on the server" will not apply until the servers public release (TBA)" So even if you haven't registered on the forums you're still encouraged to apply (If accepted you'll be asked to register on the forums)
Helper
Helpers are the assistants of the server, helping moderators to catch hackers, stopping confrontational and moderating the chat. They help provide support and welcome newcomers and
- You must be 12 years or older.
- Registered on the forums for at least a week.
- Consistent and strong playtime record of around 1-2 hours per day.
- Knowledge of basic commands used by helpers.
- A well known tendency to help and contribute to others within the community.
- Must have a skype account that you acknowledge will be added to our staff chat.
- Must have have at least 2 previous instances of working as a helper or moderator.
- Have a consistent record of posting helpful and useful messages on the forums.
- General knowledge of HybrisMC (information useful while assisting members).

Server Spawn/Graphics:
Both Server graphics and spawn have been purchased, and are being worked on.
Server Gamemode(s):
Currently our main goal for the sever is to bring in a solid and dedicated player base, and we believe the best gamemode for acquiring a dedicated and solid player base is factions.
Currently HybrisMC only offers Factions, although depending on the success of the server we either plan to "evolve" in a hub sever (Factions, Minigames, Prison etc) or we plan to evolve into a Realm based Factions server. (Desteria, Archon, Saico etc)

(More is Brewing, the server is much closer to completion than it was 1 week ago, although it is still far from completion)
We understand factions is a very popular gamemode, and many find it to be overplayed/used and bland, but we really hope we can try to pull off a unique twist, or addon to the popular gamemode and make the experience more memorable/dynamic.

Beta Testers:
Although the server hasn't released yet, and our world is not at all ready for Beta - Testers we would still love to have future players that can be contacted for beta testing purposes.
As a Beta Tester, you'll have early access to the server, and you'll be there to try to find any and all glitches, exploits, economy "runners" etc, and in return you'll be awarded with the following.
Beta Test Perks:
Early Access.
$5 Server Store Credits.
Exclusive "Beta" tag in game and on the website.
Partake in Special early access events.
Increases chances at staff significantly. (Future Refrence)
If you're accepted as a Beta Tester for HybrisMC, you must fill out our requirements and expectations for you as a Beta Tester, if you fail to meet these requirements by public release of HybrisMC you will not be rewarded.
