Hey there, I am a owner of HydraFactions and i am looking for a developer who is willing to help us. I know money is important and no one wants to do nothing for free I offer payments upon help, if you help me with bits i will pay you and who knows maybe things can change into monthly or every week payments depending on workload. I am in look out for dedicated Minecraft Faction developer as me and my friend who know so little can't do everything ourselves. if you are that 1 person who is willing to help us out we will be thankful 
if you are only looking for some big payments it's a no. we had a "developer" who did 1 days of work in 2 weeks not what i am looking for and then asks for payments of around $100 because he did 2 weeks of work. what he done was featherboard/spawning mobs/Crate keys.
