Hydrogen Plugin

Hello,
As you all know Arcane has a custom /who or /list plugin which i'm sure it is "Hydrogen"
I'm wondering if anyone have/can make that plugin because it's super nice and it adds custom /who + if you have a rank whenever a command that has your name gets a broadcast everyone can see it. here are some servers that actually use it:
MineHQ,Arcane,Ultra and even Velt. Velt got it recently some how i'm sure jhalt gave them it
but ye i'm asking someone if they have it/are selling it

Just joined the server to check, what is so special about there /who or /list?

I don't know how to explain it to you. when you do it you can see on the top all of the rank names and whenever anyone excutes any command and the command has a broadcast for example creating a faction. it will say faction created by (me) and whatever my rank's color it will show up in the broadcast thingy my color name. you can try it on arcane or the servers that i mentioned if you have a rank on any of them.[DOUBLEPOST=1503592845][/DOUBLEPOST]Sry i kinda messed up there my lanague is bad i meant "my name's color" 3rd line
