Hylight Network (Looking for (paid) builders)

We (The Hylight Network staff team) are looking for builders to build us 3 spawns and 1 hub. We're interested in futuristic, modern and space builds. Our inspiration is the CosmicPvP (cosmicpvp.com) hub. Could I please know what it would cost for all 4 maps individually and total?
(More info: Max 150x150 blocks.)
And if we do decide to take the deal, do you think you (guys) can finish it before July?
