Hylight Network Staff Reqruitment

Greetings everyone,
The Hylight Network has arranged to release our server mid-December.
We're going to have Factions, SkyBlock and Survival for now, and more to come in the future.
We're looking for people who consider themselves to be really good at server development.
We need people who can be active, helpful, act professional, creative, hard working and must have staffing experience and willing to learn how our whole system works. This project has been going on since early August. We're working on multiple custom features to give our players the best experience on our network.
We have a custom built website, forums, store, staff control panel and a few more. We have custom built plugins with custom features and more custom stuff to come in the future.
We haven't released the Hylight Network yet, because we want our server to be professional and that our staff knows what they're doing and what for.
You might be asking "staff control panel"? & "willing to learn"?
Well, if you apply, you're going to have to learn the rules, punishments, and guidelines for the server, forums, discord and staff panel.
The staff panel is an application that only staff members get access to where you can see players information and punish players. This is really helpful, you'll get notified when a player is reported, when a forum post is flagged for inappropriate content, when someone is advertising in-game, forums or discord. When a new staff member applies, every staff member gets an opportunity to read and vote if the person should get accepted or not, but the final decision is made by the staff manager. This could also be useful to helpers and mods that cant blacklist players. You can use the staff application to issue temporary blacklist until a higher staff member can get on and verify that the player needs to be banned or blacklisted. All documents, rules, punishments, FAQ, and guidelines are included in the application, there are also tutorials on how to find hackers, how to find any hacked clients and what-to-do in certain scenarios.

Take note, we DO have an age limit, you MUST be 15+ to apply.
