HypedCraft - Minecraft Factions at its Best and its Finest!
Hello,
I am looking to restart my server and then grow it into a network. I want experienced staff, I have a domain, website, webstore and all. I want professional staff, that have experience and that are willing to be dedicated to the server.

I am not a "strict" owner like I see other owners being. We will show you what your job is and how to do it, and we would hope you'd do your best. I will be handling the server-side of things, and also any technical work that needs to be done with the server. Staff will not get OP, everything will be permission based. A community manager may get OP when it is necessary and the manager is trusted.

If the rank has (Filled) beside it, that means the position is now filled, do not hesitate to apply for another. Remember, you can be promoted. The ranks I am looking for are listed below and are in order (Highest rank to lowest):

1 Community Manager (Filled)
A community manager will manage the community, this person will have the most authority throughout the server. They will manage all staff members, handle support tickets, player reports, ban appeals, the forums, suggestions and will also answer any questions a player may have. The community manager will have assistance from other ranks, but this person will play a big role within the server itself. A community manager will have to be more active than most staff to help keep the server running smoothly. I wouldn't suggest applying for this unless you can be dedicated throughout your whole time.

2 Advertisement Managers
An Advertisement Manager will manage all advertisements (except slots), they will be out finding ways to try and grow the server. They will be posting on different forums, websites, etc to grow our playerbase. This is also a big role as the server depends on this manager to keep the player count alive. If any additional funding is required for advertisements, it may be discussed. Advertisers must be active and advertise daily, please do not apply for this if you aren't available for the job.

2 Administrators
Administrators are self explanatory, they will administrate the server, in-game and on the forums. An Administrator will have almost the same authority and roles as a community manager, only they may be a little more busy if the community manager is not around.

2 Moderators
A moderator is a rank below an Administrator, again, a moderator will have almost the same authority as an Administrator, but with less privileges. They will mostly moderate in game, they will do a bit of forum moderation when needed.

2 Helpers
A helper will help the other staff when needed. The Helper rank will mostly consist of helping players throughout the server (in-game and forums). Once you're a helper, and a new position opens up throughout the staff ranks, you may have a chance of getting a promotion. A community manager will be handling this after a discussion with me.

3-4 Builders
We need our server looking fancy as possible, why would we want it dull and unattractive? Builders are what makes a server look alive, even when it may not be. We are looking for 3-4 builders for the server, and you may even get to team up on some projects. The builders will have their own world to build and then later, they will have their own server.

I am not interested in players that will leave and go, I am looking for dedicated staff. With that being said, I do not want staff that are on multiple servers as a staff member. I want staff members that will be dedicated to one server only, and that will be ours.
