What is hyperal?
Hyperal is a uncomming server with custom HardcoreFactions plugins and a custom practice plugin. In this network there will be 3 servers. Hardcore Factions, UHC and Practice. We are going to be as unique as possible in all the 3 ways. Trailer comming up and still in development.

Where are we looking for?
We are looking for dedicated staff that are willing to give everything they have and work their way to the top of the staff team, We are only looking for the best of the best staff. You need many experience to get accepted and a very detailled application. It is not easy to get accepted. You will need to make your own application. Use your own application. Any copied applications will be blacklisted from the server. Don't use your application from another server were u applicated on. We are only looking for the best. It is hard to get accepted, Don't cry if you get denied. There are 3 sections.

- When can you play on Hyperal?
I can play on Hyperal for approximately three to four hours per weekday and anywhere from three to seven hours on weekends depending on events going on in real life.

- Do you have any past moderating experience?
I do, I have owned multiple servers with ArkanumCraft being my most notable. I have also been a staff member on other servers of which include CoalboxPvP, and OrionNetwork. I was accepted into the staff team as a Moderator and was soon promoted to the Administrator position. I also ranked my way up to Moderator on the Orion Network. Having the opportunity on these staff positions has taught me how to moderate chat, identify players using hacked clients, screensharing players as well as management of staff members.

- Why you believe you should be a staff member on Hyperal?
To start off, I believe I should be a staff member due to the fact that I can be online for long periods of time. I also think that having the ability to properly identify hackers is important as a server virtually revolves around player pvp. I have also accumulated many staff-like traits from both managing and moderating servers. These traits include; Leader-like acts both on forums and in-game, being able to maintain a positive attitude in negative situations, and as well as knowing when things go too far, etc. As a staff member, a lot of the time players look up to you, meaning that your actions as a staff member reflect the server in a negative or positive way. While acting in a well mannered way, I am also able to hold a persistent leadership position.

Secondly I am capable of handling myself in essentially all situations, wheather a question in game is being asked such as "How do I vote" or "What's the world border". Most of these general questions have an easily understandable answer, which I am here to give in chat. Due to having the amount of experience that I have, if chat is going out of control, I find it relatively easily to pinpoint the 'trouble-maker', and by following server procedure I can then temporarily take them out of the scene, then find the followers of the actions.

My mood towards players also gives me an edge on many different situations, as I don't favor anyone. I may talk 'friendly' to some people in chat, however there is a difference between favoring and being friendly, I do have the difference clear in my mind. My behavior is usually very good, considering I am not afraid to give out punishments, which stops a fair amount of players from testing me.

Due to the fact that Hyperal has an upcoming forums, I thought that it would be essential to state that forum wise I also have the ability to write long announcements as well as the fact that I have a very long attention span. I will also be able to check the forums very often during the day, while this has been proven during my time on other servers. I can do a handful of tasks on forums and have experience with both XenForo and Einjin software's.

» Yes, I do have Past Experience of being a Staff Member. I was a Helper on BrutalCentral, Moderator on XPCraft, Chat-Mod on ZonicMC. I am currently a Moderator on MinePotsHCF, and a Helper on MineTurn. I think I have the capability of becoming another Staff Member on a server (this one). I was a former Moderator on HCFZone but it didn't really release and Waddlin just got very bored and didn't want to carry on. He wasn't motivated, and dedicated. Because, I have past experience for a HCF server / Practice, I know what it takes for a Staff Member. Constant hackers, requests and others! I'm very familiar with Anti-Cheats, StaffMode's and others!

Have you ever played a HCF server that you wasn't staff on?:

» Yes, I did. I played ParaPvP and HCTeams but than got bored of it because it's really boring. I have no faction, it's just really had to find ores.

Why do you want to be a Staff Member on Hyperal?:

» I want to be a Staff Member on Hyperal is because I think I have the capability of becoming a dedicated Staff Member. I am mature, professional, friendly, helpful, reasonable and much to come. I decided to apply on this server, because I think that this server has the capability to suit my needs. I also want to be a Staff Member because I want the community to get to know me well, and including the Staff Members. I want to work with people, i've never heard or seen of before.

» Under any circumstances, I do NOT false punish. Meaning, ban, kick, mute, warn etc. If there is a Staff Handbook, I will follow it like any other Staff would. Going back to the "false punishment", with every punishment, I will either take a screenshot if it's a racist text / offensive, or if it was to be a Hacker, I would of course record.
