Hypixel Skyblock Test Server | Question

Hey, I am around 2 days into recreating a server with the similar theme of hypixel skyblock. This basically is skyblock mixed with an element of RPG / MMO.

Here are some of the things that I am positive that I can do and recreate ( Maybe not near perfection but I will explain it )

- Custom Crafting ( I am able to 100% Recreate the custom crafting mechanic as seen on Hypixel )
- The Mobs / Enemies ( I can 100% recreate these )
- The Mines ( I can 100% Recreate these )
- Custom Items and armor sets I can recreate
- Collections ( I can create a collection GUI however the recipes would be unlocked by completing quests that would then grant the user access to the recipe.
+ A lot more.

My questions is that if let say I had recreated or at least came close to a making a Hypixel Test server how much would it sell for on the market. I know what you might say: Why would someone play a Hypixel Skyblock Server if they can play the real thing? The reason to this would be that it would be easier for casual players and also some people could be banned from Hypixel and really love the game mode. I don't think there is currently another server that offers this mode and I think I can finish this in a weeks time from now.

( P.S. I didn't say I can recreate Hypixel Skyblock as it is because I mean I simply don't have the funds for all of those custom features that there are many alternatives to that.

Thank you for letting me know :). I feel like I have all of the plugins needed ( Spent like $70 collecting them ) and I have the recipe unlock system done for the first collection. The GUI's would take some time, Mobs and custom drops for support of custom items that gives buffs like lapis armor are done so now I just gotta get the builds and smooth things out. Thank you for letting me know.
