^ I agree with what is said above. How much of an effort you put on the server dramatically impacts your chance of your application being reviewed as "Pending". Hypixel looks for performance and excellence in the community and this allows comes with the ability to be professionally active with addressing situations in a proper manner. They DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT and WILL NOT pick you if you need an application so I would not suggesting offering this service. Even if you wanted a quality Hypixel application that's false information and such, there's no way in hell it'll be getting accepted.
