no one on my friends list is ever online any more (i did quit for mc for 1.5 years lol) but still legit no one is ever on even the og named accounts like hello and car so where did they go and who can i friend?

im australian and i know im supposed to get bad connection to us servers BUT i fell like i get extra bad connection like it always freezes ect and is legit impossible to play. same goes with any server btw i dont know what it is, because on my old pc i feel like it was less laggy and i could actually play us servers. any way if any one could help it would be appreciated. thank you for reading this pretty stupid thread!
