It's definitely worth over a million to say the least. Everyone likes to talk profits/revenue here, and while that is an important factor in its valuation, there are other factors to consider.

This is just an estimate, though should be fairly accurate from my experiences dealing with SimilarWeb and some ecommerce sites I've worked with. This domain alone is worth a fuck ton.
Not to mention their swathes of user data, partnerships and associations with the worlds most talented minecraft build teams and developers, and their various hosting arrangements as well.
I would say they make 600-1.1 mil revenue (not profit) per year by my estimates and of others as well, so a conservative valuation with a 2-3x profit multiple would put them at worth 1.8-3.3mil and I still find this on the low end. The future value could be tremendous if a buyer would ever decide to expand it into other areas like Roblox, hosting, etc.
If I had to put a specific number down, 6-7 million would be what I'd value it at.

I remember about a month ago or something, Simon had advertised in the Hypixel discord that they were hiring Anti-Cheat Developers with a salary of, $70k-$120k. If you referred someone who ended up being hired, Simon would payapl you $2k out of his own pocket. Hypixel is a multi-million dollar company, $700k-$900k is just straight up stupid. This Hypixel user did some math back in 2018 on Hypixel's earnings, whether or not they got some digits wrong, it still gives us a pretty good idea of the amount of revenue Hypixel makes annually. Hypixel doesn't need to pay for youtubers either. By now, they're a walking advertisement.
