Hyquest -> Hiring Managers

Hello. I am not writing anything super fancy as a great deal of drama has occurred today and we are in need of managers to come to our community.

Recently our Discord was griefed and now we have to remake everything including the channels and and permissions. We also need a staff manager and a community manager to help us with calming down the community and answering any questions when needed.

I do need a manager that is looking to put forth some dedication, not fully but some sort of dedication and support towards Hyquest. I know that I have gotten into some beef and i’ve also gotten into some fights with people devouching Hyquest, but I want that all to change.

I want to change how Hyquest operates and functions as a community and as a whole. For the first order of action we do need some Managers. Details will be listed below.

Staff Manager -

- Has some dedication.
- Hasn’t prior experience, not much past experience is needed.
- We need a manager who is supporting of Hyquests decisions.
- Someone who can cooperate of Hyquests decisions.
- Someone who can manage the staff team and the official application for the google doc.
- Host a staff meeting every 2 weeks.

Community Manager -

- Someone who is good with working with communities.
- Someone who has prior experience, not much is needed.
- Has a bit of dedication.
- Can support the community of Hyquest.
- Is willing to cooperate with Hyquests decisions.
- Someone who can agree on things when needed.

I know a lot of you say that to have a good community, you need to pay your managers. Hyquest does not offer pay to our managers for very specific reasons.

First of all, Hyquest is trying to dedicate all of the money to the community and to the server itself and running it.

Second of all, Hyquest is trying to create a community where there are no managers who get paid and leave and are fine being banned off the MCM. Anyone can claim they are a professional manager and if I choose the wrong person, they can easily scam me and there goes money down the drain.

I am very sorry for managers out there looking for pay. But, Hyquest does not provide so. We need someone who can do what we wrote up top. ^^
