Hyvere is an OPFactions server that released a week ago, and I have just started managing it. It averages 20 players, and has been growing ever since I joined the management team. That being said, we are currently in need of the following positions:
Admin [0/1]
Mod: [0/4]
Helpers: [2/10]

Clearly you don't do the right things, you go on other servers and advertise.

Sure, you still shouldn't teach an owner how to do their job. If they open a server they should know how to do everything. They should be teaching the staff members; not the other way around.

That's the job of the Manager; I advise him on what decisions to take, I don't literally teach him how to be an Owner, I provide him with ways to improve.

Managers manage staff members. Manager is below an owner, owners manage managers, and managers manage everything below the rank.

Manager's don't only manage the Staff Team? My guy, you clearly don't know what a Manager does. The Manager makes decisions on the server, and does what is best for the server. They help the Owner by taking the best steps for the server, keeping the community engaged, & also managing the Staff Team.
