Looking for a builder for my Hytale server. Pictures here are for reference to get an idea below of what I want:

Build Scale & Proportions (How Big It Should Feel)
This build should be medium-sized — intentionally avoiding both extremes.
- Not small: it must comfortably host many players, events, and core server features without feeling cramped.
- Not massive: it should never feel overwhelming, empty, or like a mega-build meant to impress through size alone.
The emphasis is on presence and detail, not raw footprint.
Overall Shape & Footprint
- The building should be longer than it is wide
(rectangular footprint, stretched horizontally) - The length should visually guide the eye toward the center entrance
- Avoid a square or boxy silhouette
Vertical layout:
- Basement (underground, fully finished)
- Main floor
- Second floor
- Each floor should be at least 5 blocks tall (interior clear height)
This creates:
- Airy interiors
- Grand sightlines
- Space for chandeliers, beams, and tall windows
Central Axis & Symmetry
The build should follow a strong central axis.Centerpiece:
- A two-door-wide main entrance, perfectly centered
- This center point dictates all symmetry on the façade
Window framing near entrance:
- On both sides of the doors, a single vertical window set
- These windows should visually frame the doorway
- Creates a clear “grand mansion” focal point
Window Scale & Rhythm (Very Important)
Windows are a defining feature and should feel tall, elegant, and rhythmic.Window size:
- Minimum: 3 blocks wide × 3 blocks tall
- Preferred: 3 blocks wide × 4 blocks tall
Style:
- Arched tops (inside and outside)
- Depth in the window framing
- Slight recess or trim for shadow and texture
Front façade:
- Along the front exterior, include:
- Three sets of large arched windows on the main floor
- Three corresponding sets upstairs
- These should be evenly spaced to reinforce symmetry
This creates the visual language of a grand lodge / mansion, not a simple hall.
Entrance Hallway & Interior Flow
Upon entering:
- Players step into a grand entrance hallway
- Ceiling should be tall and open
- Strong sightline forward
Grand staircase:
- Located immediately in the central hall
- Wide and elegant
- Serves as a visual anchor for the interior
- Chandeliers should hang above this space
This hallway connects:
- Player info / holograms
- Server rules
- Crates
- Portals
All should feel integrated, not tacked on.
Exterior Grand Stairs & Overhang
Outside the building:
- A grand staircase leading up to the entrance
- 3 blocks wide (minimum), gently expanding or flaring
- Designed to feel ceremonial, not utilitarian
Above the entrance:
- A roof overhang or balcony
- Supported by beams or columns
- Adds depth, shelter, and grandeur
- Helps visually break up the vertical mass of the façade
Upper Floor & Balconies
Upstairs should:
- Mirror the window rhythm of the main floor
- Include a couple of balconies (front-facing or side-facing)
- Balconies should overlook:
- The spawn plaza
- Or the surrounding landscape
These balconies add:
- Depth to the exterior
- Community gathering spots
- Visual interest from below
Basement Proportions
- Fully underground but not cramped
- Minimum 5-block interior height
- Designed for:
- Player shops
- Market-style layout
- Should feel intentional and welcoming, not like storage
