Hytale Developer Recruitment - Let's Team Up

Hi! If you're a Hytale Fan, you know it's on the verge of getting early access. The 16-minute long gameplay already has 1+million views, their Official discord has over 100k+ People, the hype is real!

I'm looking for a passionate developer, who loves the idea of Hytale. I think it would be pretty cool to start a Roleplay / factions / clan based game-mode. The customizations, creative build options, can create a really fun and unique game-mode. Doesn't have to be crazy right off the bat, but we can form a fun concept, get a server up right on early access, and make frequent updates. They emphasized the moding abilities. Getting in early right now, could be the opportunity to be the next Hypixel within Hytale (ironic).

I specialize in Business Management, Marketing, and Website Development. For the server for any website aspects needed I would handle that. Well as I have grown a discord to 57,000 Members, and have grown others to large numbers like that to. So I have a pretty strong marketing connection & should be able to build up some good hype.

All Positions are open, feel free to contact me if you want to staff, help with management, Developer, 3D Modeler, etc.

Looking only for volunteers, this would just be a very fun project, with some income potential later since the game is so huge.

Hytale’s potential is huge, especially early on. A well-built factions server could really take off! Hope you find a solid dev team!! To inspire engagement cycles and reward systems, I've seen some interesting mechanics discussed on lightning link pokies that explain how progression and player retention features keep players engaged in a game environment. If you find the right development team, this could definitely turn into something great.
