It's gonna be hard, I think their concept with community servers, is nothing will be private. Let's say you make a "skript or plugin" for hytale, it'll be released publicly or something... Not sure but I've heard rumors.

I assume these rumors might be true. If it's "live scripting" then it's on a server, live, with people.
Maybe you will still be able to code offline, I mean, you can make mods and model/animate in a private software. I would assume there will be some files interactions. Or maybe scripting just like Roblox does it. A separate program where you can play & script on your server at the same time, and when you are done, you can publish it.

The issue with Hytale is it is close (not a clone) of minecraft, and was based off minecraft (as hypixel is) and they may or may not file a lawsuit over it,

it's a fantastic game to start fresh about, I can see it's dedication and difference from minecraft however it's close to the orginal and could lead to a legal battle between Hypixel and Minecraft, all and all I feel it's a good chance for the mc / hytale community to grow as it could also make some minecraft users leave / return to play hytale / minecraft once more.

it reminds me more of this other game I saw on youtube. I forgot the name but it was a story about a game that was left for dead by the developers. if you know it lmk
