Hello all, i am the owner of Hytitude Factions. I am in need of staff members to keep our server in fine shape and to make our server a friendly based community..
All staff positions are available accept manager. I will not be paying any staff members so please do not ask me to pay you..

You must be able to dedicate your time & efforts into the server and be willing to advertise to help our server grow..

**Our Goals**

**Outstanding Community Interaction**
When creating a server, a lot of people believe that it is just a money pot and people don’t really care about the community (as much as they may say they do) and we are striving at Hytitude, to boost community interaction to the next level. We will be constantly reaching out to other server owners, managers and general members of the community to see how they like the experience on our server, how we can improve and idea’s they may have.

**Innovation Production**
We completely understand that factions and many other game modes are getting extremely boring with people just making generic servers and not really adding anything new for the community to enjoy. This is about to change! Here at Hytitude, we are going to be trying our very best to change the way factions is played; maybe not completely reworking as that is completely unrealistic but spruce up a lot of generic features and add our own twists and turns to them. However, we are here to focus more on the unique and exclusive ideas that our community can come up with and these will be constantly looked at on a daily basis - ensuring that the community has the first say in everything.

I really like your logo, but your server name is sorta overused with "hy". Also your trailer song is really overused. The server features aren't really new. Try to implement something that has never been done before.
