Staff Requirements
We are wanting to have a professional staff team that would not only do this for a spot on their resume but also dedicate there time to this server. To follow up, we will be having our own staff requirements - which we think would guarantee as a set of staff members that would lead the community. Please do read the following requirements before applying:
- Must be at least 14 years old.
- Must have a working microphone and able to talk.
- Must be able to dedicate at least 2-3 hours per day on the server.
- Must be professional in his work
- Must have a mature attitude
- Must have some previous experiences with Skyblock servers.
- Owner [1/1]
- Manager [1/1] We are looking for staff & social media managers that will be active on a daily basis. Managers will not be paid until we start receiving donations. These positions will be filled by outstanding individuals who truly want to help for the sake of their love for the game, not for a monetary or power gain. You must have a working microphone, and be at least 16 years of age to apply for this position.
- Admin [0/3] Administrators are the backbones of decision making. That is why we need candidates to fulfill these roles and guide the direction of our beloved network. Administrators will also assist Managers in hiring new staff members & overall management of the network. You must have a working microphone, and be at least 16 years of age to apply for this position.
- Senior Moderator [0/4]
- Moderator [5/10] Moderators focus on the day to day tasks. We bestow trust into the Moderation Team to keep the server and community a safe place for all individuals. We expect candidates to keep a level head, yet also a level of maturity. However, we are understanding of both when frustrating times come. You must have a working microphone, and be at least 14 years of age to apply for this position.
- Helper [3/7] Helpers focus on the day to day questions that may arise in the server, website, or discord. They are often the first line when contacting the community staff. You must have a working microphone, and be at least 13 years old to apply for this position.
