Shops will have draconian conditions to join the mall ... only 5 stars shops and service providers will be accepted

how many shops are you going to feature on this site? And how would it work? Can you order from this site or is it a hub where it redirects you to the select stores webstore?
Cool idea. I would change the colors and layout a bit tho, and make it look more modern ish. Too many colors make the page look sketch, low quality and less professional.[DOUBLEPOST=1600937271][/DOUBLEPOST]
Honestly if its a hub that redirects you to the shops own website, thats pretty cool. Like you filter your search for what type of mall your looking for, prices, categories etc. Ofc we have google, but having a page like this, that displays more info might come in handy.

The colors are not important for now ... it's just in idea stage ...i will try to make it as much as possible to feel like a real mall ...

If I am honest, I think it will be really difficult to grow this. You're competing with multi-million dollar empires like Amazon that have 20+ years of history. Even with a few differences, I doubt anyone would really use this. This could've worked in the 90s, but not today. There are too many established sites that already have the customers, sellers, and infrastructure.
Before you develop this any further, try to see if you can get some early (paying) customers. If you can get some now, great! If not, you probably won't be able to when the site is finished either.
This is not an attack on you personally. The fact that you're creating something like this is really good. I just don't think this idea will get you where you want.

amazon , ebay and all online shops ... they just don't have life in them ... they feel like giant corporations without a soul ... the truth is that they really are like that ...
I am going to focus more on human interaction , to give you the feeling that your shopping and having fun like in a real mall.
I know it's hard ... it's going to be constant work like facebook ,google etc... it's a platform ...
Are you going to make the mall like a visual game or what, I cant get how you really should make it more a feeling without making it a "visual" game using VR, if ur doing that NICE!
The problem still remains. When shopping online people don't care about the "sole", they care about prices and availability. If you want human interaction, you need to hire humans. That adds cost on your side, preventing prices from being competitive. Amazon doesn't make their money from their marketplace. Most of it is from their other services, like AWS. This allows them to keep prices low.
You're emotionally invested in this, but try to see it from an outside perspective. The idea itself is not bad, but you need to remember that you're trying to compete with one of, if not the, largest company in the world.
I would still recommend you to do the test I talked about. Try to get a few customers right now. Paying customers. How easy you can find customers now will be a good indication of how easy finding customers for the finished product will be.

Let's say rent will be 2500 euros per month per shop ...
10000 shops x 2500 euros = 25000000 euros per month
if at least 70% is reinvested ...mall will afford to hire people/artists/programmers ,create new cool features etc ...
Now imagine 100k shops or 1 million shops

Here's what I want you to do. Try to get five shops willing to pay a discounted price of 1000 euros when the site launches. Make them sign a contract that binds them to this promise. Do this now, before you spend too much time + money creating this. If you can do this, go ahead with the idea. If not, either don't go ahead or change the idea until you can get those five.
Pretty sure you're a troll at this point, but if you're serious with this, you will fail. If you're running a startup, good luck succeeding if you can only create the product and hope for someone else to sell it.
