I'm looking to acquire any resource rights. This may include server setups, websites, models, scripts, builds, etc.

Requirements:
1. Must be pretty much 99% bug free
2. Must be available to fix any bugs/issues my customers encounter (I will provide a cut for this) & provide support for me for if I need it
3. Must not be less than 4 star total rating

I'm happy to pay a fixed price for these resources, or pay less and offer you a lifetime cut

i am also happy to give you a lifetime cut for updates and general maintenance
