Hello! I am looking to buy a server with a player base with at least 60 people. I have a discord and chat on there. I make transactions through PayPal so you must have an account. I usually set an amount for certain types of servers:

Bronze Server
Player Base: 15-25
Chances To Buy: Low
Spawn/Hub Quality: Low
Minigames (including factions):1-4
Website Quality: Okay/None
Max Amount: $45

Silver Server
Player Base: 25-40
Chances To Buy: Medium
Spawn/Hub Quality: Medium
Minigames (including factions): 2-6
Website Quality: Okay/Good
Max Amount: $70

Gold Server
Player Base:40-60
Chances To Buy: High
Spawn/Hub Quality: Good/Amazing
Minigames (including factions): 3-6
Website Quality: Good
Max Amount: $160

Diamond Server
Player Base: 60-90
Chances To Buy: Super High
Spawn/Hub Quality: Good/Amazing
Minigames (including factions): 3-6
Website Quality: Amazing
Max Amount: $260

When we chat about it, your server will be within one of the types of servers I put in there and so you can see an estimate of my pricing. I must also be able to look around the whole entire server. You must prove to me that you have ownership of the server to me by either sending me a photo of you saying hi in the chat or we go on the server together. Once I send the money to you. No taking the server back. No negotiating the price again or no asking for a percentage of the server unless I offer it to you. I also like to do the deals within 1-2 hours. I would not like the process to go over a day.

Since I do not know if I'm buying a server from a scammer or someone trusted, once we make the price, I pay half before, then you help me with all of the configuration and set me up with the website and the multi-panel then let me change the passwords so you cannot come back into the multi-panel and greif or go to the buycraft website and mess it up, then once it is all finished i pay you the other half and we are done.
