So this guy messages me to buy an account for $30 and says he can do BTC which is what I'd want for it. I was studying for finals at the time so I thought "Okay this'll be quick". Then without telling me, he says that he sent $7 btc because that's what he had and he'll have to send the rest via PayPal. So I tell him I can't accept that and to buy some BTC or I can just refund him. He then asks me for a refund which I promptly reply with "post the btc wallet address" The reason being that blockchain showed multiple addresses sent from and I wanted to send to the correct one. So it's like 1AM at this time and I go to bed because the guy didn't reply for like an hour. I then wake up and he's freaking out for some reason.
Now (about 1 week later) he messages me with this:
I then send him $8 (because if the fees make it $6.98 he will probably freak out)

So yeah.. I really don't know what's wrong with this guy, really strange. He literally freaked out over $7, sometimes I wonder why I still sell this stuff.
