If you want something in the same quality as you posted at less than $50 it may be tough to find. The MineHeroes one I am sure was made for at least around $80 even $100. I have been away for almost a year, so things may have changed since then.

Lol you don't use photo shop to make illustrated logos. You use custom software that's kind of like paint but way more advanced. Here I'm going to link. I'm sorry to tell you but for a logo that contains the detail you desire like in your examples there, it's not worth anyone's time unless it's $50 or above, if u don't want to go near that price, you'll have to settle for a logo of much lesser quality. that's just how ppl are, most are here to make money that is equivalent to the value of their time.

Those two pictures that you included in the original post probably costed around $150 or more. If you don't have a large budget, you need to say so in the post, otherwise people are going to offer art that is equally as costly as the art you provided. Anything less than 50$ isn't going to look anywhere near as good as those.

Manga Studios 5 or Manga Studios 5 EX
Photoshop

These are ones I have used and they're all very good.
