I am looking for a carepackage plugin

Have you ever seen the care packages you can buy on TimelessPVP, i want a plugin like that.
You can donate and get a crate called "(Chest rarity) Care Package" and it contains random items such as diamond armour obsidian etc. the loot will depend on the rarity of the carepackage.
If there is any plugins like this please tell me and if you want to make one please tell me.

PhatLoots can do this with a lot of control of the (chanses of) the content.
Not the falling from the sky part though
