I am Looking for A Full Time Dev

Hey,
I'm looking for a Dev of DeitiesPvP. DeitiesPvP is a Faction server. Being Made Its about 50% Done.

As Dev, you will get this:
- 20% of our profits

You will also be required to do this:
- Be active so when i need you i can msg you
- Support/help the server with fixing bugs
- Config our plugins (about all of our plugins and maybe more in the futrue )
- set up our dedi (set up our website and ts on the dedi as well)
- Code some every small plugins like /reclaim and /voucher


Some things that will make you more likely to get accepted:
- Being a developer
- Good at configuring plugins
- LOTS of experience with this

Sorry to derail your post but is this really a developer? I was under the impression a developer was someone who created plugins not configured them.

You list a lot of work that you want your developer to do, that isn't even related to developing, and you are offering 20% of not guaranteed profits.. so basically you are asking someone to setup your whole server for free.
