Looking for a Spigot and Bungeecord Developer I am looking for an expert Java developer who can do what I want I will send a document and I want it to be done the way the document is written

What to Do on the Spigot Side:
1- Spigot Version Should Be 1.8.8
2 - i want it to Add all the blocks from version 1.8 to Version 1.19.
3 - I want it to add some of the Color codes I want Example (Gradient, Choroma,Rainbow) I want it to add these colors to Spigot
4- and I need the Hits of the latest Hypixel Server, So I'm looking for a Solid Developer Who Can
