Why is a new computer your priority if you have such a poor family? I have a $500 PC that's capable of running Borderlands 2, Paragon and Bioshock infinite, all games said to have great graphics.
Even if your PC has half the performance mine does, you can still play all sorts of games.
most 2D indie games could run on a Pentium IV with 2 GB of RAM and basic integrated graphics.

If you want a game that badly? Fine, ask your neighbours what you can do for some cash, then go to their neighbours, then move to the other street. But begging on a forum you created an account on just to ask for money and link your paypal does not earn my respect.

As I suggested before, try learning HTML/CSS, PhP and Javascript. They're all programming languages for web development. There is always someone out there looking for a website. If you can get a basic website together, you can already make a few bucks. And you could do so using a raspberry pi.
