This is what it looks like to me, but apparently, it has been edited as the alert I got for reporting it denied showed up as this: https://prnt.sc/jwqbkb
I can't see the updated reputation when I go to view my reputation.

The version you can see is the updated one. Unfortunately even if it's updated in your end, the original report content isn't updated. This is just an issue with how it's displayed on your end, and isn't something that we can fix since that's not really how the report system works.

The reputation on your profile is the most updated one, and the staff team did moderate that reputation, it's just a display thing.
