I can not access my windows vps *password changed by a hacker*

Could not start the section on my windows vps because the password has been changed, contacted with the support but said that it will use the rescue mode together with the bitvise client, but at the moment of initiating section with bitvise client it will not let me, I miss a mistake and I have a feeling that only works for Linux!


Someone would help me, I give a positive reputation, I'm sorry if it's illegal but it's the only thing I can give!
