This is a known bug. The injector that resources use is down, as has been down for over a week now. Apparently the developer knows what wrong and it'll be fixed 'soon'.

Try messaging the developer through discord or something and asking for a direct download link.

This was an issue for a few days stemming from issues with our anti-piracy resource injection system. We sincerely apologise for the unavailability of resource downloads to some users during this time. We're very confident that this issue has since been fixed. If anyone is still experiencing issues please create a ticket and we'll look into your situation more closely.
